How long does an order take to ship?

Most orders are processed, packed and shipped by our two woman team within 5-7 business days. Please be advised, there may be delays in fulfillment during sales and holiday seasons. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information at the email address used at checkout.  

What shipping carrier do you use?

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate. Shipping fees are calculated based upon the weight of your order. 

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll get the return process started. There will be a $8.00 return shipping fee deducted from your refund total.

Please note: Items must be in NEW, unworn condition. Worn items cannot be restocked and will be returned to the sender.

As a small business, we attempt to test and assess every item before shipping out but sometimes issues arrives after its already been received.
